Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Administrative Assistant in Saint Paul, MN!

Pay rate: $30.50/hr   

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p

Length: Twelve (12) months with possibility of extension/conversion

The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management system, and performing basic bookkeeping work

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings

Education/Certification Requirements:           

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Experience requirements:         

  • 5-7 years of experience required

  • Experience working with executives preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent time management

Note:

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Saint Paul, MN
