The administrative assistant will be responsible for supporting both the sales and accounting department with our client. This is a contract to hire assignment that is hiring immediately! Responsibilities
Data entry
Answering phone calls and greeting guests
Inputting sales data into system
Delegating phone calls to correct parties
Requirements
Strong typing skills
Assisting with Accounting and Sales division of clients
Accounting background preferred, must be able to assist with AR/AP’s
