Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an Administrative Assistant in St. Petersburg, FL.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location: Intersect of MLK Jr. Street and 102nd Avenue North in St. Petersburg, FL. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $31.91 to $31.91/hr
Length: Three to Six Months
Hours : 3 days in office and 2 days flexible. 9am to 6pm ; M-F.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant role include:
Entering data accurately into SAP and SalesForce.
Perform account management duties.
Process product orders.
Respond to customer questions in a professional manner.
Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant role:
Completed High School Diploma or GED.
Must have excellent attendance.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel/Word.
Salesforce and SAP skillset preferred.
High attention to detail.
Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) more than 90% of the day.
Ability to work independently.
