As an Administrative Assistant , you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to managers and executives in the organization. The role involves various tasks that ensure the smooth running of the office and the timely completion of administrative duties.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Drafting and proofreading memos, letters, and reports
  • Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Providing general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
