Job Description - Administrative Assistant III

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26.75 per hour

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Min of 6-month contract, could go longer.

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant III? You’ll be:

• Managing calendars and logistics for the group

• Coordinating large meetings and handling supplies

• Utilizing Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, typing, filing, faxing, and handling mail

• Ordering and maintaining supplies

• Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have advanced English skills and clear communication abilities

• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree

• Have experience supporting large groups

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Have strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software

• Are able to handle multiple tasks and take initiative

• Are not afraid to ask questions
