What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar

  • Handle front desk duties, assisting customers entering lobby

  • Maintain reports (excel and PowerPoint proficient)

  • Assist other departments when needed
