Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative Location: Remote Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our travel company and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and Office Management:
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors, offering assistance whenever possible.
- Handle incoming calls with grace and professionalism, addressing inquiries and managing email communications.
- Keep our office space organized and clean, creating a pleasant environment for both staff and guests. Travel Coordination: - Coordinate travel arrangements for our clients, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
- Build relationships with travel suppliers to secure the best reservations and manage bookings efficiently.
- Provide clients with comprehensive travel information, such as visa requirements, travel restrictions, and destination tips. Administrative Support: - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for our team members.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and style.
- Handle administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry to keep our records up-to-date and organized. Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain our client databases and contact lists, keeping information current and accurate.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests with speed and a customer-first approach.
- Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure clear communication and coordination. Special Projects Assistance: - Offer support in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
