Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant/Onboarding

Part time 8:00am-2:00pm

$22/hr

Redmon, WA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant/Onboarding to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant/Onboarding , you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and increased responsibilities for strong performers. Job Specifications:

- Job Type: Part-time

- Location: Redmon, WA

- Pay Rate: $22/hr

- Shift: Day shift, 8 am to 2 pm, 5 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents

  • Assist with new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees

  • Coordinate and schedule alchemy training sessions for employees

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files

  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing office supplies

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective HR operations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in HR or related field is a plus

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
