Job Description - Administrative Clerk School Site-Senior

Administrative Clerk School Site-Senior - 8 hrs (Keema/PC#252954)

Position Summary: Performs a variety of responsible office and administrative functions in support of operations and procedures at a secondary or alternative school site. Duties will vary depending on the assignment and will focus on providing clerical support to a moderate or high volume of various transactions and/or visitors. Application Deadline: 6/14/2024 Work Year: 210 work days/year
Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $22.41 - $29.66 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Keema Independent Study School
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).

Education and Experience: The position requires a High School diploma supplemented by post-secondary course work in general office practices and 3 years of general clerical experience in a customer service oriented environment. May require bilingual skills.

Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license. May require first aid/CPR certificate.
