Job Description - Administrative Clerk-School Site

Administrative Clerk-School Site - 3 hrs/day (Northlake/PC#253706)

Position Summary: Provides school office reception, first-level attendance monitoring and recording, and general clerical support at a school site. Provides information for use by others in preparing required attendance reports. Performs general clerical services to support student registration registration, health assistance, and student data. Application Deadline: 6/24/2024 Work Year: 186 work days/year
Employee Type: Part-Time
Salary: $20.64 - $27.28 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on experience (new hire maximum of step 5).
Location: Northlake
Hours: 3 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).

Education and Experience: The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of general clerical or record keeping experience or one year of the same in a school office. May require bilingual skills.

Licenses and Certifications: May require a valid driver’s license. Requires first aid/CPR certificate.

  • Typing Certificate (40 Net WPM)
