Administrative Intake Coordinator
Are you looking for a rewarding and flexible career working as an administrative intake coordinator at our amazing Somerville Outpatient Center?
We have a great opportunity to join our team in Somerville!
The Somerville Outpatient Center has approximately 45 employees and serves over 1,000 clients living with mental health and substance use challenges. You will be working in a supportive small team atmosphere, while being a part of a larger organization that is a leader within the mental health care industry.
Our ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment while connecting quickly with the people we serve. The coordinator is responsible for screening and triaging all referrals to the outpatient center, verifying health insurance and scheduling initial appointments with our intake clinician. The coordinator also meets weekly with our disposition team to help assign clients to the best available clinician. In an environment that is constantly evolving and improving, the ideal candidate needs to be adaptable, flexible and open to learning/developing new systems.
Schedule: Part-time 20 hours per week.
Rate: $21.00/hour
