Job DescriptionOur client, a primary care and specialty practice group associated with a nationally renowned academic medical center and integrated healthcare delivery system, is currently hiring an Administrative Nurse Manager, Clinical Operations. Responsibilities: Implement clinical processes and systematic operations throughout the group. Demonstrates professional growth and accountability for own practice and facilitates the professional growth and development of assigned associates. Manages process to ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures of the group and regulatory agencies Assist team to ensure Faculty Practice Group remains competitive and adheres to industry wide standard levels of care by applying benchmark data to the review and analysis of operational staffing and productivity throughout the 26 departments. Ensures regulatory compliance through monitoring and education across departments. Reviews and analyzes incidents and complaints and coordinates investigations and follow- up regarding patient care and quality. Identify and implement changes in processes and procedures that enhance program efficiencies and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration across 26+ departments Performs in depth audits across the various departments and identify inefficiencies with workflows then implement corrective actions from a clinical perspective. Facilitates learning needs of self and staff by providing opportunities for staff development to gain skills necessary to provide age specific care to the patients serviced on the assigned clinical area.
