located in Savannah, Georgia. We provide Tier 1 logistic, warehousing and inventory services to Hyundai Motor
Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). GLOVIS EV Logistics America was established on October 6, 2022, and we

Summary:
The main role of the Administrative Specialist is to manage the office work environment and products for all offices and plants.
Department: Admin / Human Resources
Responsibilities for Administrative Specialist:
- Manage routine and non-routine office purchases such as stationery for workstations and facilities ensuring the stock is sufficient.
- Maintains good relationships and negotiates with vendors while increasing supplier options
- Designs and Administers the Company's Internal Travel Program for all Team Members, coordinates with affected departments to ensure that travel invoices are paid timely
- Administers the Company's Auto Lease Program, assists Managers and above in-vehicle ordering, titling, registering, and tags, and ensures timely payment of monthly invoices
- Participates in annual business planning, submits requests for annual travel budget expenses, and monitors spending through the use of SAP systems
- Assists the Human Resources Department in planning and implementing new and recurring events
- Sets-up work materials for New Hires such as name tags, drawer keys, badges, etc.
- Assists managers and serves as the photographer for VIP visits and tours and for the monthly Outstanding Team Member Award Program
- Managing the documents utilizing the corporate information security policy
- Coordinates with incoming and out-processing Korean Expatriate Team Members to assist in obtaining temporary and permanent housing, utilities, social security cards, driver's licenses, and school admission for expatriate children, etc. *Provides on-call assistance to Korean Expatriates as needed.
Qualifications for Accounting Specialist:
- One (3) or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant
- Departmental budgeting experience
- Experience using CAD
- Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment
- Fluent in both English and Korean Preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans
- Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A working knowledge of Auto Lease Programs
