About Lukie Games - Lukie Games is an established e-commerce retailer. We carry everything from the original Nintendo NES to modern day consoles, but we specialize in classic, collectible, and rare games.  We are one of the 1000 largest e-commerce retailers in the United States, and have been named to the Bizrate Platinum Circle of Excellence for 7 years for providing outstanding customer service. We now have a position open for administrative support to assist with a variety of functions.

What you'll be doing -

  • Entering information from the internet at a rapid speed into our custom purchasing system. During initial training you will learn how to identify the products we are searching for, and how to enter the purchasing information into our system.
  • Handling some customer service emails while ensuring total customer satisfaction, mostly regarding trouble-shooting and post-order support.
  • Answering emails regarding our trade-in program and providing custom quotes to individuals and businesses that we purchase from.
  • Responding to purchasing related messages and following up on receipt of inventory.

Requirements -

  • Must be a focused hard worker with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems quickly
  • Must be able to type at least 45 words per minute with high accuracy (you will be tested during the interview process)
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English skills - If you don't know the difference between their, there, and they're then this isn't the position for you
  • Knowledge of video games is a big plus but not required
  • You will learn how use our purchasing system, helpdesk and order management systems within the first month.
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day

  • Flexible hours - normal hours are 8:30-5 with a half hour lunch but if you need to arrive or leave earlier or later that's fine as long as you work 8 hours a day
  • No dress code!  T-shirts, jeans, shorts, whatever you are comfortable in is fine (Closed toe shoes are required for safety).
  • We are located in the Sunshine State Industrial Park off the Golden Glades Interchange so you can get to work and home quickly from I-95, the Palmetto Expressway, the Turnpike, or 441.
