Part Time Office Administrator
Lincoln, Permanent, 5 hours per day (9.30am - 3pm) £12ph
Job Description
Working alongside the company PA and office admin team, the P/T Office Administrator will be a multitasker with the ability to dip in and out of tasks. The candidate will give support to both Reception, Accounts and PA duties and tasks may include.
• Match, Batch and input sales and purchase ledger invoices
• Basic Credit Control - reconcile payments and chase clients
• Answer incoming company calls and direct to relevant departments
• Arrange accommodation, Car Hire, and meetings
Job Requirements
The successful client must have some office skills and intermediate Word and Excel skills. The ability to add support to a small team and be happy to react to changing duties daily is essential. The role might suit working parents or semi-retired candidates looking for hours to fit around additional needs. If you are an account assistant, office administrator or customer administrator this role could suit you.
