Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Advertising Operations Leader will develop advertising strategies to effectively identify and reach target audiences, grow brand awareness, and generate leads. The ideal candidate for this role is one part AdOps/Media Buyer, one part data analyst, and one part creative problem-solver. This position has the potential to be a leadership role and, depending on the candidate, may end up managing the team responsible for all paid and earned media. Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan, traffic, and manage digital advertising to support multiple stakeholders and their growth goals
• Monitor, measure, and optimize existing campaigns to ensure optimal engagement, performance, and cost-effective lead generation
• Provide reporting on all advertising activities
• Properly employ and manage UTM codes and tagging for proper tracking and attribution
• Work with the marketing team to develop effective campaign creative, copy, and budget allocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or equivalent experience with paid media.
• 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns in an agency or client-side marketing team.
• Familiarity with auction, programmatic platforms, social advertising platforms, and OTT/CTV/Addressable TV
• Ability to analyze data and draw thoughtful conclusions that guide improvement.
• Understanding of media planning and/or buying and advertising campaign development.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and very organized
• Experience developing and testing effective headlines, copy, and calls to action with a solid attention to grammar, quality, and detail.
• Self-motivated with an innovative, can-do spirit. Humble, Hungry, Smart.
• Certification with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) highly desirable
• Experience with reporting and ETL tools (Datorama, Supermetrics, Funnel.io, etc.) or Business Intelligence tools preferred (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
