Our Solution Consulting (pre-sales) team is an integral part of the sales ecosystem, playing a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As an Advisory Digital Solution Consultant, you'll serve as both a player and coach, collaborating with our Digital Sales team to achieve sales objectives and providing guidance and mentorship to early-career Digital Solution Consultants. What You'll Do:
Collaborate closely with Digital Solution Consultant Leadership to meet organizational priorities.
Support Digital Sales Representatives in their territories to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Assist in qualifying customer needs through effective discovery.
Engage across the sales lifecycle, from acquiring new customers to expanding existing relationships.
Showcase product capabilities, tailored to both prospects and existing customers.
Mentor and coach early-career Digital Solution Consultants, offering feedback on customer interactions.
Contribute to top priorities as identified by the Digital Solution Consultant leadership team.
Aid in the onboarding process for new Digital Solution Consultants.
Stay informed about product developments and releases.
Lead or support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
Keep abreast of competitive analyses and understand differentiators between our company and competitors.
Understand the business and technical problems addressed by our products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving needs, and security considerations. Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
3+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting or sales engineering experience.
Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
Capability to coach and develop early-career colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, suited for a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying both technical and business concepts effectively.
Active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
