Job Summary:

The Application Administrator supports implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions across Gonzaga's diverse schools and business units. This Administrator will work within the CRM team to design, implement, and support Gonzaga's Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud). The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $81,310 – $95,659 annually. The internal full salary range is $81,310 – $110,008.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of experience administering a CRM platform.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical aptitude, analysis skills, and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
• Outstanding client communication/customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams.
