Please note, this position is with the Office of the Chancellor at the PA State System of Higher Ed, not Kutztown University. KUHR is only providing HR administration for this search.This position will be primarily remote, but occasional travel required to the State System Offices in Harrisburg and State System University locations, so the successful candidate will be a resident of Pennsylv ania. This position is open to current PASSHE employees only at this time. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor and working in consultation with the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, and in close collaboration with universities and other units in the Office of the Chancellor, the Executive Director for Administration provides strategic leadership in achieving priorities of Academic and Student Affairs, the Office of the Chancellor, and System Redesign. The Executive Director will have latitude for innovation, problem-solving, and improving processes and procedures to fulfill her/his responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:
