System One has partnered with a growing healthcare organization that is seeking a qualified Asset Management Specialist to work on a contract basis. The duration of this position is open ended; however, estimated timeframe is for a period of three months. In this role, you will provide services across the IT Infrastructure team to manage technology inventories and purchasing. You will maintain proper controls over assets and purchasing. Responsibilities require close attention to details, critical thinking, and analytical processing. This is an on-site position in Tulsa, OK and will require 40 hours per week. Benefits will be offered through System One during the duration of the contract term.
Responsibilities:
Develop and provide inventory processes for all Apple devices including iPads and iPhones.
Provide weekly reports to accounting
Schedule pickup of new equipment with staff and deployment of equipment with Support Services
Perform as the “gatekeeper” of all stock inventories reporting to Director of IT for approvals
Provide updated reports on inventories and reconciliation with accounting
Develop and provide inventory processes for all PC based equipment including laptops, desktops, monitors, mice/keyboards, docking stations, and peripheral
Provide purchasing services for the Infrastructure Services team including hardware and software through key strategic partner(s)
Provide administrative purchasing for Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer
Purchase ancillary items through internet providers
Help the CTO and CIO with administrative tasks such as booking travel, coordinating and scheduling meetings , etc.
Assist with contract negotiations and contract renewals
Assist with budgeting and vendors' relations
Additional assignments are assumed willingly.
Qualifications
Must have a High School diploma or GED
College student, Associate Degree, or Bachelor Degree preferred
Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrable drive for precision
Must be reliable, committed, and professional
Must have the ability to work with the public, maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, maintain a professional manner at all times, and maintain confidentiality
Must possess a valid Oklahoma Driver's License & satisfactory driving record and may be required to use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Must be independent, multi-task oriented, and energetic
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.
