Job Description - Assistant Marketing Manager

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.

  • Managing event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution.
  • Overseeing the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

  • Supporting the development of promotional content for social media, email, and other marketing platforms.
  • Engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders to cultivate and sustain robust relationships.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and events team as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing event logistics from inception to execution.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns.
  • Crafting and disseminating marketing materials, encompassing brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes.
  • Assisting in budget, timeline, and project plan management.
  • Collaborating with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project management acumen.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, encompassing CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
