Associate Attorney in Carson City, NV Hooks Meng & Clement are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our outstanding crew in our Carson City office. We are looking for an attorney to help provide our clients with expert Industrial Relations Law solutions. Our practice is fast-paced, challenging and we have a tremendous amount of legal experience in mentoring new team members. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Preparing and drafting legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise, review and strategize with clients on their files.
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Compliance with all legal standards, ethics and regulations

Qualifications:

• Must have a Nevada Bar License
• Strong analytical and cross-functional problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in Administrative Law or Employment related law
• 1-3 years of litigation experience desired but not required
