Position Overview: As a Barber Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of barbers. Your responsibilities will include: Providing hands-on instruction, mentorship, and motivation to students in both classroom and clinic settings, utilizing our comprehensive curriculum.
Equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in obtaining their State Board certification, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Engaging in administrative tasks such as attending faculty meetings, maintaining accurate records, and offering guidance and support to students.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
A valid Barber license in accordance with state regulations.
Current Instructor license.
3-5 years of experience in the barbering industry.
While prior teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
Proficiency in basic computer operations.
