BENEFITS SERVICES MANAGER

ProService is expanding our Benefits Team with a mission to deliver a world class benefits program to our 2400+ clients and 40,000+ worksite employees. This person will run a team of Benefits Analysts that are responsible for benefits audits, reconciliation and benefits consultations.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

• You will step in and lead our existing benefits analysts team as well as work closely with benefits services team to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients.
• You will work in a collaborative environment across the business, partnering with other service leaders to ensure ProService is delivering on our promise of Best Local Service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process development and enhancements.
  • Make us better. Develop/improve benefits-related process and systems in direct support of company goals.
• Consultative support.
  • Provide consultative support to internal and external customers on complex benefits-related items.
  • Primary point of escalation for benefits-related systems and processes. Ability to research, provide detailed answers, and cite references for these answers.
• Health care benefits set up
  • Oversee the setting up of health care benefits for onboarding clients in the respect system platforms (HRP/Ulti) accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely employee rollover enrollments of onboarding clients.
• Reconciliation and audit.
  • Own ongoing development and quality execution of healthcare and supplemental benefits bill reconciliation.
• System setup configuration and testing.
  • Act as the senior-most functional expert for all benefits-related systems and configurations; including HRP, Ulti, and internally developed applications.
  • Oversee and execute benefits-related system testing, upgrades and patches.
• Open Enrollment
  • Complete assigned analyst related activities by the designated deadline with the desired outcome.
• Team & Org Leadership
  • Contribute to overall company goals, and vision of benefits-related functions.
  • Lead/manage Benefits Analysts.
• Benefits regulation and compliance.
• Keep current with benefits trends including benefits laws at the state and federal level.

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

• 10+ years benefits experience; possess a deep understanding of healthcare, supplemental, retirement, and flex law, regulation, compliance and administration.

• An interest and talent for developing and improving processes.

• A very strong attention to detail and care deeply about providing quality outcomes for our internal and external clients.

• A good technical aptitude and ability to learn multiple applications and HRMS, and extract data effectively from them.

• Ability to independently research, thoroughly comprehend, and effectively communicate complicated tax and compliance issues

• Ability to work with a wide range of departments to effectively achieve excellent outcomes for our company and our clients.

• Good judgment and the confidence to make sound decisions in the best interests of ProService, its clients and staff.

• Excellent organizational and time-managements skills.
