Bilingual Recruiter Coordinator

We are looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Recruiter Coordinator. This person will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.  This role will involve a high degree of interaction with internal and external customers, including hiring managers, and candidates.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with the recruiter to maintain the applicant pool by using several recruiting resources. (Advertising, Networking, social media, Job Fairs, Job Postings, etc...)
• Source and screen resume conduct phone interviews, and coordinate on-site interviews.
• Schedule interviews for candidates with Recruiter.
• Maintain an accurate and up-top date database of candidates.
• Track recruiting activities and maintain recruiting metrics. 
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
• Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and customers.
• Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Must Have Vast Knowledge Of The Construction Trades And/Or Construction Industry 
• Must Be Bi-Lingual (Conversational English & Spanish) 
• Must be computer literate with an ability to adapt to change and learn new computer systems.
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen And Background Check Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Recruiting experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00 (Based on Experience)
