Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented, full-time Business Data Administrator to oversee the management and maintenance of our company's financial, inventory, and operational data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various business functions with timely and reliable data analysis.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain financial records, including purchase and sales invoices, expense receipts, and transaction data.

· Maintain inventory records, including coin and bullion inventory, wholesale/retail buy and sell sheets, and appraisal documents.

· Coordinate third-party grading submissions and maintain related documentation.

· Manage trade-show applications, bourse fees, and other event-related records.

· Maintain wholesale coin and bullion trade accounts and monitor related data.

· Oversee online platforms, including ONR and 3rd party website data, affiliate internet vendor portals, and ensure accurate data entry and updates.

· Manage shipping and insurance records for inventory transactions.

· Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and maintain related documentation.

· Coordinate travel and lodging itineraries for company representatives attending events or meetings.

Qualifications:

· Genuine curiosity and interest in learning more about our intriguing industry. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your role. However, preference will be given to applicants with professional experience in the coin and bullion industry.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is preferred, but not required.

· Proven experience in data management, preferably in a financial or business setting.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is a plus.
