Job Description - Business Office Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community. We are guided by our CAPLICO Core Values:

About the Opportunity

Welcomes visitors and answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner. Maintains a clean and neat reception area, handles specific resident services and facility tasks as assigned and seeks administrative support as needed.

  • Exhibits positive customer service that includes respectfulness, friendliness and willingness to assist others. Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Displays personal initiative by completing work without constant supervision, by having reliable attendance and by addressing work-related problems with the proper individuals.
  • Demonstrates communication skills that include careful listening, thoughtful responses, and accurate reporting to the appropriate people.
  • Maintains/protects resident and staff confidentiality. Recognizes/respects residents’ rights.
  • Demonstrates ability to discern the importance and urgency of events and follows through appropriately.
  • Displays skills in operating and using office equipment, such as copier, fax machine, postage meter, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Cheerful, friendly personality.
  • Able to operate office equipment including copier, fax machine, postage meter, etc.
