What we're looking for
Technuf is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to work in the Community
Engagement Center.
Responsibilities:
1) Contractor will provide technical support such as equipment installation, basic to intermediate troubleshooting, applications support, network, and printing.
2) Contract staff will be required to use their own vehicle to travel to all CEC offices at least once a week/as needed to perform tasks.
3) Contractor will provide technical assistance to the CEC Department in the following domains:
4) Contract staff will work side-by-side with County Business Management Team staff to facilitate and coordinate work.
5) Contract staff will report directly to Yvette Torres.
The County reserves the right to terminate this Task Order at any time in accordance with contract terms.
The Community Engagement Cluster reserves the right to review and make final decisions as it pertains to staff and their replacement.
Education:
BA/BS preferred but not required.
