Looking for a Chef to run daily operations for an exclusive dining experience in South Jersey.
This is a fine dining, multiple course format menu. Chef will be in charge of menu development and roll out of that menu. Menu to change weekly.
Duties include working along with the owner in ordering, menu development, preparing staff for daily service and special event development. Strong back round in organizational skills, sauté and fresh pasta cooking is a huge plus. This is a working Chef job. This position is a great opportunity for a Chef to showcase his/her talents on the plate with a very controled service. You would be working closely with a small group daily so showing off your organizational skill, time management and culinary skills.
