Responsibilities
• Certifies training records, conducts tests, and makes recommendations • Conducts proficiency checks and ensures compliance with FARs • Supervises flight training activities and monitors instructor performance • Coordinates scheduling and monitors student progress • Maintains currency with regulatory changes and updates training programs • Schedules meetings, meets with students and parents, maintains communication
Requirements
• Must meet 141.35 (d)(e) requirements • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others • High productivity in a fast-paced environment
