Sioux City, Iowa

Monday to Friday, 40 hours - exempt role.

*Some weekend call with 2 urgent care sites.

We are a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our clinics offer a wide range of medical services across multiple departments, ensuring comprehensive healthcare solutions for our patients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee operations across our Marketplace and Dakota Dunes locations in Sioux City, Iowa.

As the Clinic Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of these 4 clinic sites.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required OR a combination of education and experience.

Business and/or health care management degree preferred.

Experience:

2-3 years of leadership experience / clinical operations.

Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.

Preferred experience in personnel management, facility management, financial management, budgeting and computers are preferred.

Preferred knowledge and experience with process improvement.
