  • Contributions to the training of residents and medical students
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives for the labor and delivery unit. Examples include OB sepsis working group, NTSV committee, and substance use in pregnancy working group.

As a part-time (0.50 FTE) position, clinical responsibilities add up to 48 shifts per year, or an average of four 24-hour shifts per month without vacation, CME, or administrative time included.

The full-time salary range for this position will be: $24,000 - $26,250 per month ($288,000 - $315,000 annually) commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. This range is inclusive of base salary provided through the UW Physicians (UWP) practice plan in addition to base salary provided by the University. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in University benefit determinations and calculations.
