This 115 bed hospital has state-of-the-art-technology and some of the strongest medical professionals in the area. This facility specifically offers programs that have proven to decrease systems of mental illness in an inpatient setting. 

The CNO is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all nursing operations while ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. One must be comfortable collaborating with the executive team, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement strategies that promote clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement. 

There are a few specific qualifications that the hospital is looking for when considering the next CNO:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Doctorate preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice; Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMHN) preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health setting, with at least 3 years in a senior management or even better, executive level role

This region of Washington State outside of Seattle is in the western part.
