WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Ability to analyze productivity, plan layouts, and material deliveries
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Knowledge about construction contracts, specifications, and drawings
• Computer proficiency and ability to use programs such as Excel, Word, and Mac Mail
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record

WHAT DOES A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR DO?

In this position, you collaborate with our owner, president, and project managers to complete day-to-day project administration and coordination tasks. You oversee our projects from start to finish, performing tasks such as estimating labor requirements, directing project activities, and coordinating field and material schedules. Diligently, you coordinate project kick-off and pre-con meetings, prepare job start-up and close-out checklists, and maintain project documentation.

You ensure every project team has all the materials they need, and you communicate with our contractors to get a feel for our project's progress. If any issues come up, you swiftly resolve them. As you check on your various projects, you make sure all quality standards and safety procedures are met. You feel great knowing your contributions have a huge impact on each project's success!
