Job Summary:

Elevate your career as the CRM Marketing Administrator at Gonzaga University, where creativity meets impact! As a pivotal member of our central marketing & communications department, you'll spearhead initiatives to propel the university's brand identity forward, drive fundraising efforts, and boost enrollment numbers. Joining our dynamic creative team, you'll collaborate with a diverse array of talent including graphic designers, writers, project managers, photographers, and videographers, innovating and strategizing in a thrilling, fast-paced environment.

You'll be the driving force behind strategic and imaginative solutions that resonate with our audience and propel our university's mission forward. Through your commitment to excellence in the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, you'll serve as a key pillar of support for our university partners. This includes managing user accounts, creating and scheduling email campaigns, providing post-campaign reports, setting up user journey workflows, and providing training and technical support to users. Your knack for creative problem-solving and unwavering client service will set the standard for excellence, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, email, and digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in implementing and managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The budgeted annual salary that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $55,000 – $60,000 DOE .

The full internal range is $54,698 – $74,003 annually.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Six (6) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education requirement.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
• Experience with email marketing and campaign management.
• Experience with data management and segmentation in CRMs platforms.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS .
