Position Summary: Responsible for handling customer calls and routing to the appropriate department or paging personnel as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm

Compensation: $16.00 - 18.00/hr DOE

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Superior customer Service Skills
• Professional communication; written and verbal
• Well organized and the ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Collaborates well with others
