Data Engineer About the Opportunity The College of Social Sciences and Humanities is a leader in the Experiential Liberal Arts. The Internet Democracy Initiative is devoted to understanding the role that the internet does and could play in supporting democracy. We are looking for a Data Engineer and/or Data Scientist who can work with complex data, focused, but not exclusively, on working with data from the National Internet Observatory (nationalinternetobservatory.org), a large, NSF-funded project. The Data Engineer/Scientist provides expert support and guidance for data-intensive research activities within a comprehensive digital scholarship program that supports a range of computational social science projects across campus.
