Position Title: Data Entry Associate/Specialist

Location : Bannockburn, IL 60015

Job Type: Contract and Onsite

Pay Range: $20/hr.

Job Description:

Under direction, provides general administrative support to the Marketing Operations Team. Promotes an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, value, and positive attitude throughout the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Proficient use of Salesforce, the position will require navigation through multiple SFDC objects to reassign leads, building SFDC reports, and monitoring queues for errors

* Experience in Marketing automation tools, especially Pardot, is preferred.

* Has a proven track record of being successful in tasks that require attention to detail (things like audits, comparing data for discrepancies, data entry, etc.)

* Experience in a fluid environment where new duties/responsibilities surface and has been able to execute

* Enhances workflow and procedures to achieve more efficient results

* Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook applications

* Previous marketing support or sales support experience
