Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Deliverables Analyst in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. #LI-MA1

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and improvement of multiple critical documents.
• Tasks include preparing and maintaining the Monthly Status Report (MSR), capturing project progress, issues, corrective actions, personnel changes, significant events, and outlining task schedules.
• Participates in the ongoing preparation and updates of the Project Management Plan (PMP) for defining roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure, including SOPs and the Integrated Master Schedule. Prepares Trip Reports, documenting purpose, benefits, and travel expenses.
• Contributes to the Quality Management Plan (QMP) in the areas of quality control, integration of quality assurance with Government standards, and performance metric identification.
• Assists preparation of the Technical Direction Plan (TDP), detailing project scope, schedule, risk mitigation, staffing, and resource allocation.to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of technical guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
• 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
