Job Summary:
Fremont Auto Reconditioning is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Detail Technician to join our team in Riverton, Wyoming. This full-time, hourly position will require a motivated individual who possesses strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a passion for producing high-quality work. As a Detail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles in our dealership meet and exceed customer expectations.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a pay rate of $13 per hour, paid semimonthly. Employees will also be eligible for a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and potential advancement opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough cleaning and detailing of interior and exterior vehicle surfaces, including but not limited to vacuuming, washing, and waxing
- Use various cleaning and waxing products to restore and maintain the appearance of vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them to the appropriate parties
- Perform minor repairs or touch-ups on vehicles as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work space, including equipment and cleaning supplies
- Keep track of all cleaning and detailing materials
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure efficient operation of the dealership
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in auto detailing or a similar field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of cleaning and detailing products and techniques
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
