Responsibilities

Opening September 2021, Granite Hills Hospital will offer high-quality, patient centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community.  Our 120-bed facility will feature evidence-based treatment for adolescents, adults, and older adults. 

We are looking for looking for a Dynamic Director of Business Development to join our team.

The Director of Business Development , as an essential member of the Senior Management Staff, is responsible for directing the Business Development efforts Consulting with the Chief Executive Officer and other Senior Management Staff, this position designs, develops, implements and directs the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and oversees all of the Business Development Department. This position is responsible for reporting, analyzing and presenting current market data and trends and for recommending/implementing appropriate Business Development strategic plans.

Qualifications

The Director of Business Development position requires:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.  Masters of Business Administration or related field highly preferred.  Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.

Experience : Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.  Five years minimum experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License

Knowledge : Prefer knowledge of the Milwaukee behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming.
