A qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with a large manufacturing operation with a Union workforce, Teamsters experience is preferred, and global HR experience is preferred.
• Proficient with HR systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and company leadership.
• Experience being organized and working with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in creating C-suite presentations related to policy, performance, and achievements.
