Education Program Coordinator

This position is a member of the Workforce Development Department for Providence Medical Group and reports to the Senior Manager Workforce. The duties of this professional position include developing, coordinating and delivering staff training and education. This position establishes effective working relationships with clinical and non clinical staff, management staff and physicians to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or Communication.

• 2 years of relevant clinic experience.

• 2 years of experience in teaching adults of varying competency levels.

• EMR experience.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training of related programs, classroom training, or presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.

• Education and/or adult learning certification upon hire.

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
