Job Description - Employee Relations Assistant

Are you passionate about fostering positive workplace relationships and promoting a supportive organizational culture? We are seeking a dynamic Employee Relations Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining harmonious employee interactions and resolving workplace issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with HR business partners and department managers to address employee performance issues and implement improvement plans.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a respectful and inclusive work environment.
Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on employee relations best practices, conflict resolution techniques, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.
