What You Will Do:

As the Executive Administrative Assistant ( GQO ), you will be responsive for p rovid ing high level administrative support requiring a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people. You will g ather, compile, verify, and analyze information for use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases. Additionally, you will p erform tasks using independent judgment and discretion, e.g., preparing documents and presentation materials; screening and responding to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls; drafting letters and official information releases; arranging and attending meetings. Responsibilities may require you to:

  • Assist with budget tracking and creation/preparation of presentations.
  • Assist with monthly reporting, screen incoming/outgoing communication and edit.
  • Provide administrative support to department, Create/prepare expense reports.
  • Domestic and international meeting and travel planning, calendar/schedule maintenance.
  • Ordering, stocking and organizing of office supplies, delivery and sorting of departmental mail.
  • Coordination of Business Reporting including but not limited to, Monthly Corporate Reports, Highlights, Business Planning & Business Review.
  • Maintain supplies and troubleshooting and/or scheduling repair for various copiers, printers, and scanners department wide.
  • Coordination of events including but not limited to, offsite meetings, Steering Team meetings, and annual events.

What You Need:

Required :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an administrative position (preferred in a corporate environment).
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite technology, including complex document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.
  • Experience with expense reporting and invoice creation.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deliverables and work in a demanding environment.
