Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with an international non-profit who is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant who has supported a CEO to join their team on a 5-6 month contract basis. Details below! Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Washington, DC
Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $50.00/hour
Job Type: Contract (5-6 months)

Responsibilities

•  
• Managed all CEO activities
• Managed executive calendars and complex travel arrangements
• Support high profile board of directors
• Serve as a liaison between executive office and external constituencies
• Plan and document team meetings
• Follow up on deliverables
• Product briefing materials
• Collaborate with leadership team
• Responsible for HR functions including recruiting, benefits administration and performance reviews processes.

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant for a CEO
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
