OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Cincinnati, Ohio office to support our leadership team and growing business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing and editing documents and emails, drafting memos, and preparing communication on leadership’s behalf
• Assist leadership with routine project tasks including cost tracking, scheduling, project progress, project billing, etc.
• Meeting organization and calendar management
• Works closely with leadership to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a barometer, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping leadership updated.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
• Make travel arrangements
• Assist leadership with accounting duties, including timesheets, expense reports, etc.
• Take and maintain meeting minutes and action items
