DESCRIPTION
Amazon.com is seeking a highly motivated and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support two (2) Directors on the Prime Video Technology Team. This is an important area for Amazon requiring strong focus and execution. You will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, acting as a proxy when needed, and managing travel, expenses, and all administrative support functions for this office. You are required to effectively prioritize amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate level of urgency is given. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) for the Directors ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables. You are also responsible for assisting the Directors with team-related event such as Town Halls, On-sites, Team Buildings, etc as well as being the main space POC for the CPL team in Seattle. Key job responsibilities - Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations - Manage domestic and international travel - Manage expense report coordination and submission - Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events) - Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items - Act as a liaison for direct reports - Management of team space, including moves and reconfigurations - Supporting an organization that is globally distributed - Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization - Document writing, editing, and readiness - Have fun at work and help others do the same We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Seattle, WA, USA
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with executive level calendar management
