Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant II to provide support to multiple executives within the Engineered Systems function. This role is hybrid, with 2 to 3 days a week onsite.
Location: Norfolk, VA, US, Hybrid Schedule
Job Type: Contract through March 2025
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
Salary: $70,000-$90,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to multiple executives, including managing their calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
Assist in organizing and facilitating high-level projects, meetings, and special events.
Act as a liaison with various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information dissemination.
Prepare detailed presentations and reports for executive review, summarizing key information and research findings.
Collaborate with other team members to gather and analyze data, contributing to organizational initiatives and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably supporting multiple executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, top level presentation skills
Proven technical ability to create and summarize information from a variety of reports into presentations for many different stakeholders
Proven ability to build strong relationships, working with all levels of employees and external clients alongside the executive team
Exceptionally organized, able to document and manage information related to several projects concurrently
Must maintain broad knowledge and understanding of the company's operations and business objectives
