F&B Manager

This renowned New England island is the perfect opportunity to combine your love of nature, food, and service! Our property features five food & beverage outlets. You would be part of a dedicated and great management team that believes in providing and maintaining an excellent culture. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and looking to expand their experience in a more general management role with impact in several outlets and administrative duties. Duties:

• Oversee, guide and train front of the house team.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Assis with opening & closing duties.
• Assist our Director of Operations with administrative duties specific to F&B including social media, scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.

Requirements:

• Food & beverage experience is required - although previous management experience is not required.
• Be a team player.
• Be available to work from mid-May through early-October. Shorter dates may be considered but must be available through September 10th.

Housing in team dormitory is available at $125/week. Team breakfast and lunch are served daily.
